Inferno cape carry: requirements, cost, and how long it takes
What the Inferno actually demands, and what a carry to the Infernal Cape costs in 2026.
The Inferno is OSRS’s endgame combat trial — the Fight Caves’ much harder cousin, ending in TzKal-Zuk. The Infernal Cape is one of the most respected untradeables in the game precisely because it’s brutal.
Requirements
Realistically you want high Ranged (90+), strong gear (blowpipe, often a bow for Zuk), high Prayer, and a lot of practice. The Inferno tests pillar management, Mager priority, and a flawless Zuk phase. Most legit completions come after dozens of hours of attempts.
How long a carry takes
A carry isn’t instant — it’s a hard piece of content even for an expert. SherpaGrinders prices it at $140 and quotes a realistic window (often 1–3 days) depending on your account and queue. Done right, by a player who has the rotations memorized, under locked-down access.
Worth it?
If you want the cape and the BiS stats but not the rage, a carry is the efficient path. If you want the bragging rights of doing it yourself, do it yourself — we’ll happily sell you the gold for the gear instead.
