01Independent service; no affiliation
SherpaGrinders is an independent provider of digital game-related goods and services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Jagex Limited, RuneScape, or Old School RuneScape. Third-party names and marks are used only nominatively to describe the games our services relate to.
02You assume all ban risk
The purchase, sale, or transfer of in-game currency, items, or player services may violate the game publisher’s terms, and the publisher may suspend, ban, or remove value from any account at its sole discretion. You assume all such risk. Any action by the publisher is not the fault of SherpaGrinders, is not a defect in our goods or services, and does not entitle you to a refund.
03No guarantee of outcome
We describe our process honestly. We make no guarantee that any account will avoid detection or action, and we do not represent our goods as “unbannable,” “guaranteed safe,” or “hand-farmed.”
04Crypto-only; all sales final
All payments are made in cryptocurrency, quoted in USD and settled in stablecoin within the quote window shown at checkout. All sales are final, except as below.
05Limited non-delivery refund
The only refund circumstance is where SherpaGrinders fails to deliver what you paid for and the failure is attributable to us. Your sole and exclusive remedy is a refund of the original USD value of your payment, issued in stablecoin to a refund address you verify, processed manually after review. No refund is issued for publisher action against your account, incorrect delivery details you provided, your breach of these terms, or buyer’s remorse.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SherpaGrinders is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of accounts, in-game currency or items, or account value. Total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order.
07Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children.
08Dispute resolution
Disputes are resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, not in court, and not on a class basis. You waive any right to a jury trial. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
