What is SherpaGrinders?+

A first-party RuneScape shop: hand-built accounts, gold (buy and sell), and carries/services — all run by real grinders through Discord, paid in crypto. We sell our own work; there’s no marketplace of random sellers to gamble on.

What do you sell?+

How do I order?+

Pick your gold amount, account, or service here, pay the crypto invoice, and we open a private Discord ticket to coordinate delivery. You don’t need to be in the server first — we reach you by email + Discord.

How old do I have to be?+

18+. By ordering you confirm you meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Do you guarantee I won’t get banned?+

No — and run from anyone who does. Real-world trading breaks Jagex’s rules; nobody can promise an outcome there. What we promise is a clean process and the truth about how we source and deliver.

What if a service can’t be completed?+

If we can’t deliver what you paid for, you’re refunded your original USD value. For carries that fail an attempt (e.g. a cape run), we re-run it — you don’t pay twice for our miss.

Where can I read your reviews?+

Our vouch feed is on the Vouches page — every confirmed order can leave one, posted publicly and masked for privacy. More land in our Discord as orders complete.

Account safety

Are your accounts really built from scratch?+

Yes — every account is hand-grinded new by a grinder. We do not buy, resell, or recycle accounts. A recycled account always has a prior owner who can recover it; ours don’t. You receive the original registration email and first-owner control.

Can the account be recovered from me later?+

No — because it was made from scratch and never had another owner, there’s no one holding the original email. On handover you get that email and immediately change the recovery details to your own, becoming the only person who can recover it. That kills the #1 scam in the account market.

Is my account safe during a carry?+

Your account is never passed around. Access is locked down (VPN or Parsec), there’s no gear or item handoff, you sign a short access waiver, and we don’t sit on it 24/7 — the grinder runs the content and gets out.

Do you use bots?+

Never. Every build and carry is 100% manual, hand-played by a vetted grinder. Botting is the fastest route to a ban and the first thing a cheaper shop cuts.

How do you handle my login details?+

We take the minimum needed to deliver, keep coordination inside your private ticket, and purge IP/PII after the delivery window. You can ask us to delete your record.

Pricing & payment

What payment methods do you accept?+

Crypto only — USDT/USDC. Prices are quoted in USD and settled in stablecoin, so there’s no chargeback risk and no card freezes. You get a pay address and a short window at checkout.

How much do services cost?+

Every price is on the table — the gold calculator and service prices are shown before you spend a cent. No “DM for price,” no mystery quotes. Custom builds are quoted in your ticket before you pay anything.

Do you offer refunds?+

All sales are final, with one exception: if we fail to deliver what you paid for, you get a refund of your original USD value. We don’t offer “refund if banned” — it’s unenforceable, and every shop promising it is quietly pricing it into your order.

Do you have discounts or store credit?+

Yes — keep an eye out for promo codes, and our two-sided referral pays store credit to both you and a friend. Store credit applies at checkout against any order.

Delivery & timing

How fast is delivery?+

Gold and in-stock accounts typically go out within the posted coverage window; built-to-order accounts and carries run on a quoted ETA you track live in your ticket. Off-hours orders queue safely and go out as soon as we’re on.

Can I get it faster?+

Can I track my order?+

Yes. Every order gets an opaque reference you can look up on the Track page, plus live updates in your Discord ticket. Custom builds show a deposit → building → delivered → completed timeline.

Can I keep playing during my order?+

For gold, yes — play normally (just don’t VPN for the trade). For carries that need account access, we’ll coordinate a window in your ticket so we’re not logged in at the same time.

Service requirements

What do I need for a Fire Cape or Inferno service?+

Combat stats high enough to attempt the content (we confirm in-ticket) and a sensible gear/inventory setup — we’ll advise exactly what to bring. Delivery is via locked-down remote access or self-serve, your call.

What do I need for a quest or diary service?+

Just the account — we handle the prerequisites. If a quest or diary step needs skill levels you don’t have, we either train them (priced in) or flag it before we start so there are no surprises.

What if my account doesn’t meet the requirements?+

Tell us where it’s at and we’ll either fold the prep into the quote or recommend the right build/skilling service first. We confirm everything in your ticket before any work — or payment — begins.

Is buying OSRS gold from you safe?+

Real-world trading breaks Jagex’s rules and no one can promise you’ll never catch a ban. We control our end: clean-sourced gold, a normal in-game trade (no drop trades or staking), and zero RWT chat in-game. See the Safety page for the full process.

How is gold delivered?+

By a standard in-game trade at a spot we coordinate in your ticket. Stay on your normal device and connection (don’t VPN for the trade) and play normally afterward — a boring delivery is the safest one.

How much gold can I buy — and can I sell to you?+

What are your support hours?+

We answer within posted coverage windows and aim to reply fast in Discord. Off-hours messages are picked up as soon as we’re back on — your order keeps its place in the queue regardless.
